Toby Samson joined Bogoroch & Associates LLP as an articling student in July 2015. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2016.
Toby received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and World Religions from McGill University in 2011. She then continued on to Osgoode Hall Law School, earning her Juris Doctor in 2015.
During her time at Osgoode, Toby became the President of the Legal and Literary Society of Osgoode Hall (Osgoode’s student government), was a delegate to the Law Student Society of Ontario, worked at the Community and Legal Aid Services Program, and served as the student lead for the Ontario Law Student Mental Health Initiative. Toby was honoured to receive a Dean’s Gold Key Award, a Legal and Literary Society Award and the CLASP Prize for Social Justice upon her graduation.
