Richard M. Bogoroch Co-Chaired Osgoode Professional Development’s Anatomy of a Medical Malpractice Case

Bogoroch & Associates LLP Managing Partner Richard M. Bogoroch served as Co-Chair and featured presenter at Osgoode Professional Development’s Anatomy of a Medical Malpractice Case program on October 1, 2026.

Richard’s presentation, “The Case Summary and Identification of Legal Issues,” provided a detailed overview of the case study, focusing on the factual background and key legal issues in medical malpractice litigation.

He also co-moderated the “Judicial Panel: Perspective from the Bench” session alongside fellow Co-Chair Bronwyn Martin and Justice Mew of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
