U of T’s Continuing Medical Education Seminar on Obstetrical Malpractice
Richard M. Bogoroch will be participating as faculty at the University of Toronto’s Continuing Medical Education Seminar on Obstetrical Malpractice: A Survival Guide for 2021, to be held virtually by webcast on January 23, 2021.
The objectives of the course will include:
- To provide an overview on the scope of obstetrical malpractice suits.
- To review the management of common obstetrical problems in the context of medicolegal issues.
- To provide an opportunity for discussion and learning in preventing developing strategies in and for preventing and managing poor outcomes.
- To provide a forum to discuss medicolegal issues amongst obstetrical caregivers and lawyers involved in this area.
