Michael Hodgins
Michael comes from a family of nurses, who he credits for his passion for helping injured people, as well as his keen interest in medicine. He is a dedicated and compassionate advocate for his clients.
Michael’s first trial experience was in law school with his community legal clinic, and he was awarded “top oralist” in Windsor Law’s Thomas G. Zuber moot.
As a lawyer, Michael has successfully argued motions, trials, and appeals on behalf of injured clients. He has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, and Ontario Court of Appeal.
Michael’s practice focuses on medical malpractice and personal injury litigation.
Michael sits on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (‘OTLA”) and is a member of the Young Advocates Standing Committee, a division of the Advocates Society. He is also the past chair of OTLA’s medical malpractice section.
