Kristina Maitland joined Bogoroch & Associates LLP as a Summer Student in May 2018 and as an Articling Student in July 2019. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2020.
Kristina’s practice is devoted to all aspects of personal injury law with a focus on medical malpractice. She has assisted with all aspects for trial preparation, including research, legal drafting, expert briefings, witness interviews and examination preparations.
Kristina received her Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Toronto in 2016. She then continued on to Queen’s University Faculty of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2019. During her time at Queen’s, Kristina developed an interest in advocacy and litigation by working at various legal clinics, including the Legal Aid Clinic and Prison Law Clinic. Kristina also received Course Prizes in Torts, Advanced Torts and Prison Law for the highest standing in the classes.
Kristina is currently a member of The Advocates’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
