At Bogoroch & Associates LLP, we strive to ensure that articling students are provided with what they want most. Learning is one thing, but the ability to apply that knowledge is another. Our articling program offers extensive hands-on litigation experience in plaintiff personal injury. Complying with the Law Society of Upper Canada recruitment regulations, we provide students with the opportunity to apply the law in real-life, challenging ways.
Students will be guided by top professionals and will be given feedback on their performance during their time spent at Bogoroch & Associates LLP.
Bogoroch & Associates LLP typically hires two articling students per year. Our articling program is focused on active student participation. As such, students are given a great deal of responsibility early on.
This articling position provides the opportunity to gain experience in preparing for mediations, hearings, arbitrations, examinations for discovery, and trials. Articling students will be called upon to draft documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, pre-trial conference briefs, mediation summaries and research memoranda. They can expect to be actively involved in cases, to engage with clients, and to accompany lawyers to mediations, hearings and trials.
We work with our articling students to help them obtain the experience they want and need. Our approach to the articling program prepares students to become distinguished future lawyers, and much more.
