As 2011 draws to a close, Bogoroch & Associates would like to extend to our many clients, colleagues and friends our best wishes for a happy holiday season and a healthy, joyous and safe New Year.

At this time of the year, we're also pleased to reflect on the many positive results achieved on behalf of our clients over the past 12 months. We've successfully resolved numerous disputes between our clients and their own insurers as well as the parties responsible for their injuries.

As a result, many of our clients are entering the holiday season with great peace of mind because of the successful resolution of their cases. Over the past year, the firm has achieved many significant and substantial settlements for our clients. In particular, we obtained a multi-million dollar settlement for a child who was injured as the result of a medical error.

Since the firm's founding in November 1999, Bogoroch & Associates has donated over $700,000 to a range of organizations, including Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, Osgoode Hall Law School, St. Michael's Hospital, St. John's Rehabilitation, Canadian Paraplegic Association, many Brain Injury Associations in Ontario, Daily Bread Food Bank, AIDSBeat, The Red Cross and many other organizations and causes. In keeping with its ongoing commitment to contribute to the well-being of the community, in 2011 Bogoroch & Associates continued to enhance its charitable giving program.

It's important to pause and reflect on the year that is coming to an end, before looking forward with optimism. Bogoroch & Associates is honoured to be able to help those less fortunate and we're committed to continuing to make financial donations and volunteer our time to improve the lives of others.
