An expert faculty, led by Richard M. Bogoroch, helped to guide participants through the maze of recent developments and provided a thoughtful analysis of the latest information, together with winning strategies and tactics.
Presented by the developers of the well-respected Intensive Trial Advocacy workshop, this comprehensive workshop used sample fact scenarios to give a thorough overview of the key underlying ethical, evidentiary and strategic issues in motions.
