Richard Bogoroch has played a long-standing role in this popular workshop, designed to enable new lawyers to gather trial experience. This workshop is renowned for breaking with traditional continuing legal education styles by focusing on learning through continual participation in simulated trial sessions, coupled with individual and group critique by experienced trial counsel and judges. Demonstrations are also used, as part of an integrated program which places the major emphasis on individual participation and performance.
Canadian Lawyers for International Human Rights (CLAIHR) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, established to promote human rights globally through legal education, advocacy and law reform.
