Viewing and Listening Tips for
Audio and Video Questions and Answers

RealPlayer | Windows Media Player
RealPlayer

One set of options for viewing videos and listening to audio segments on the Bogoroch & Associates Web site requires that you have the RealPlayer/RealVideo plugin. To download the free plugin, click the button below. When you choose a player you must indicate your correct system and connection speed (for example, 28.8 or 56.6 dialup, ISDN and so on).

Click here to get the RealVideo player. Click the button to get the RealVideo player.
You can view these with any connection speed, but the faster your connection the less time it will take to retrieve the entire video. If the video stops mid-play or the sound is choppy, stop playing the video, wait a few moments, and click the “play” button again. Our RealVideo 28.8 files are optimized for a 28.8 modem, and RealVideo 56.6 files are optimized for a 56.6K modem.

If, when you try to view a video (and you have selected the correct settings and downloaded your plug-in) you still get a message that you need a plug-in, you may need to reconfigure your browser’s “preferences” or “options.” Your browser’s “help” area may give instructions.
