I received your thoughtful “Thank You” card in the mail and I am sincerely grateful for all you have done so far.

You have handled my file with the highest level of service and understanding and so I am thankful for that.

This is something that I thought I would never have to go through in my life and I was very apprehensive initially of taking the matter further as I am not experienced in any matter of law or litigation and the whole experience with the insurance company have been draining mentally and physically.
