In 2003, Sarah received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto where she specialized in International Development Studies. She then attended Queen's University law school, obtaining her law degree in 2006. Sarah was called to the bar in 2007. Sarah articled and practiced with a leading Toronto insurance defence firm before joining Bogoroch & Associates.

Sarah is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates' Society.
