Richard M. Bogoroch is a highly regarded and accomplished personal injury lawyer. Mr. Bogoroch has over 24 years of experience and dedication to his profession, and is actively involved in the legal community.
Mr. Bogoroch is a past Director of the Ontario Centre for Advocacy Training and a past Director of the Advocates Society. Mr. Bogoroch is also a past Chairman of the Canadian Bar Association - Ontario Provincial Committee on the Judiciary. He is also a member of the Metropolitan Toronto Lawyers Association, The Medico-Legal Society of Toronto, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The American Bar Association, The Advocates Society and The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.

Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The Advocates Society, The Canadian Bar Association - Ontario, The Canadian Institute and others. He has trained lawyers about advocacy issues and has been invited to instruct at the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop at Osgoode Hall Law School. He has also been an instructor in Civil Procedure, Charter of Rights and Administrative Law, for the Bar Admission Course of The Law Society of Upper Canada and has chaired and spoken at several programmes and seminars on brain injury litigation. Most recently, in 2005, 2006 and 2007 he chaired, co-chaired or spoke at programmes which focused on various aspects of personal injury litigation, brain injury litigation, medical malpractice and chronic pain litigation. He is frequently retained by other lawyers throughout Ontario to assist them with their cases.
Mr. Bogoroch graduated from McGill University Law School with a B.C.L. in 1978 and an LL.B. degree in 1979. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1980 and called to the Ontario Bar in 1983. In 1993, he was certified by The Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation. Mr. Bogoroch has also completed the Harvard Mediation Workshop sponsored by The Advocates Society and has appeared as counsel at over 500 mediations.
