As chair of this committee, I helped write the brief which I, and Mr. Harvey Bliss, Q.C. (then C.B.A.O. President) presented at hearings chaired by the late Mr. Gordon Henderson, Q.C., which examined the salary, benefits and other remuneration of provincial court judges.
The Henderson Committee then delivered its report to the Legislature.

I delivered an update of my paper and co-edited and prepared a complete set of precedents necessary for the conduct of a personal injury lawsuit. (These precedents were of considerable assistance to the profession.)
