I was honoured to be invited once again by the Osgoode Hall Law School to serve as a guest instructor at the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop held at Osgoode Hall Law School. I have participated in this popular workshop regularly since 1998. This workshop is renowned for breaking with traditional continuing legal education styles by focusing on learning through continual participation in simulated trial sessions, coupled with individual and group critique by experienced trial counsel and judges. Demonstrations are also used, but as part of an integrated program which places the major emphasis on individual participation and performance.
