
Melinda J. Baxter
Melinda J. Baxter received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto in 1997 and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from York University in 1999. After completing these two degrees she moved to London, Ontario and attended the University of Western Ontario for her law degree, graduating in 2002. Melinda completed her articles with a large London law firm and was called to the bar in 2003.
Since her call to the bar, Melindas practice has focused on plaintiff personal injury and medical malpractice cases, including cases involving wrongful death, occupiers liability and accident benefit issues. Melinda is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Middlesex Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Advocates Society.
