Melanie Larock

Melanie Larock, of personal injury law firm Bogoroch & Associates

Melanie Larock joined Bogoroch & Associates in July 2011.

Melanie graduated with a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2010. While at Osgoode, Melanie volunteered with the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto Advocacy Project, the Ontario Justice Education Network, and Osgoode's Community Legal Aid Services Program. Melanie gained advocacy experience as a finalist in the 2010 Harold G. Fox Intellectual Property Law Moot, appearing before the Honourable Mr. Justice Louis LeBel of the Supreme Court of Canada.

Prior to law school, Melanie graduated summa cum laude from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences Honours Degree and was the double recipient of the Provost Honour Medal. While at McMaster, Melanie worked as a research assistant in the field of neuroscience and volunteered at St. Peter's Hospital with palliative care and brain-injured patients.

Melanie articled at Thomson, Rogers, a personal injury law firm in Toronto and was called to the Ontario bar in 2011. Melanie is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
