Heidi R. Brown
Heidi R. Brown was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993. She practised for seven years as counsel to the Children’s Lawyer, Ministry of the Attorney General for the Province of Ontario. She has considerable experience representing the legal interests of children and advocating on their behalf. Heidi has experience in Personal Injury, Estate Litigation and Family Law and has presented at personal injury programs organized by the Advocates’ Society and by Osgoode Hall.
Since joining Bogoroch & Associates in November of 1999, Heidi has exclusively practiced personal injury litigation and has handled motor vehicle accident cases, medical malpractice cases, long-term disability claims and product liability cases.
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Heidi is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Advocates’ Society, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Women’s Law Association of Ontario. In addition to her legal pursuits, Heidi devotes her spare time to volunteering for non profit charitable organizations in the community with a particular emphasis on children’s charities.
